Pupil Premium

Pupil Premium was introduced by the Government in April 2011 to provide additional funding to schools to improve pupil attainment and to help overcome any barriers to learning.

Funding is received for pupils who are:

  • Eligible for free school meals
  • In care or fostered
  • From a Service family, i.e. RAF, Army or Navy .
  • Have been eligible for free school meals in the last 6 years (Ever 6)
